“Templo de la Unidad” is located in Pedreguer. City outlaying 10 min drive by car from coastline main city Dénia.
Dénia is one of the most beautiful and the largest cities located in Marina Alta as well as its capital.
Marina Alta is a central and coastal comarca of autonomous community of Valencia in the Area of Alicante.
Dénia is situated in the heart of Natural Park , has around 20km beach line, surrounded by amazing mountains and very rich green nature.
Our location is build on 10.000m2 land with tennis court and rocket ball court which in our renovation project we will transform it into large relaxing area with bar and fire place decorated in very unique and cozy style.
Remake of tennis court would include an outdoor area for activities such as yoga and meditation, dance, ceremonies as well as for art expos, gatherings or events.
In the garden there id 450m2 tarrace with bbq and stone oven, big swimming pool, vegetable garden and orange trees garden.
Complete house has at the moment 5 bedrooms in which one double bed en suite with private bath and toilet, 2 twin beds rooms, one double bed and one 4 single beds bedroom. On the same floor there is one bathroom with toilet and bath, one toilet, large kitchen and room for the indoor activities, such as yoga, meditation and so on.
On the same floor there is enormous balcony where we serve breakfast and dinner as a buffet and roofed patio with an entrance to the vegetable garden.
On the upper floor there is an apartment still being renovated where we are planning to have 2 separate bedrooms with double and single beds, small living room, bathroom with toilet and shower and there is roofed terrace as well.
